Longer Appointments
- Our standard consultations are 20min, for the same price that others charge for 15min.
- New clients get 30min appointments at no extra charge so that we can get to know you & understand your pet’s needs without being rushed.
- Extended consultations (30min) are scheduled for complex cases such as long-term skin complaints, ear infections & behavioural consultations.
- We also book extended consultations if you have more than one concern that you would like the vet to look at (extended consultation fees may apply).

State of the Art Equipment
- Digital X-Rays mean more detailed x-ray images for better diagnoses, less radiation exposure for your pet, shorter anaesthetic or sedation time due to faster processing and exact digital copies that can easily be shared with your or a specialist. Digital x-rays are also environmentally friendly since no chemicals are used in processing.
- Human hospital standard ultrasound enables us to better diagnose and manage many conditions by seeing into the tissues, rather than simply seeing an outline on an x-ray. In-house ultrasound also means less need to refer you to more costly specialists.
- Well equipped for orthopaedic surgery, meaning that for most surgery your pet can continue to be treated in a familiar environment, and a familiar team for you to deal with. For advanced orthopaedics such as cruciate surgery and patella luxations, we have a visiting specialist surgeon come in and operate in our theatre, meaning that the surgery is performed by a specialist for a very similar cost to what others are charging for a general surgeon to perform the same procedure, and certainly a lot less than at a specialist hospital.
- A fully equipped dental suite with high-speed dental drills, a heated patient bed and state-of-the-art digital dental x-rays. All of our dental procedures include whole mouth x-rays as standard because so much of the painful dental disease in pets is below the gum line and is only evident on x-rays.
- Heated cages & thermostatically controlled, air-conditioned wards for your pet’s comfort.
Pricing
- Competitive, family friendly pricing that is no more than a non-accredited vet, and yet we offer so much more.
- Your pet will never be recommended a treatment that it does not need.
- The cost of any treatment will always be discussed with you in advance, and where possible alternative treatment options will also be offered. We will listen to your needs and involve you in the decision-making for your pet.
- Payment plans are available with either VetPay or Zip.
- We are very experienced with Pet Insurance claims & will assist you as far as possible. We offer direct GapOnly & eClaims with most Pet Insurance companies.
